Characters, Setting, Inciting Incident, Rising Action, Climax, Falling Action, Denouement, and Conclusion/Resolution

Cool car and gadgets.

Characters and types of character-- Static, stock, etc.

Back story of the protagonist.

What makes it an 80?

Missing something big from above list.
Climax is wrong.
It doesn't recognize the target audience of adults.  It got goofy!

What makes it less than an 80?

More than one thing is missing from the above list.
